Solar Kraft Kft. (hereinafter: ‘Controller’/‘Service Provider’/‘Owner’) is committed to the protection of the personal data of all those who visit solarkraft.hu, i.e. this website. This notice and declaration relates primarily to the confidential management and protection of the personal data of visitors to the site via the internet. The following privacy policy details what data the Owner may collect and use about you, i.e. the visitor. The Owner makes every effort to ensure that the data is not transferred to unauthorised person(s) and that they are processed and used strictly in the form and manner specified in the below detailed notice.

d) If the data subject is unable to give their consent on account of lacking legal capacity or for any other reason beyond their control, to the extent necessary and for the length of time such reasons persist, to protect the vital interests of the data subject or of another person, or in order to prevent or avert an imminent danger posing a threat to the lives, physical integrity or property of persons.

Your data is collected and processed by Solar Kraft Kft., (hereinafter: ‘Controller’/‘Owner’) (contact details, further information: Imprint), in accordance with the regulations in force.

3. What type of data do we collect and process?

You may choose to access and browse our website without providing any personal data, but you must accept the cookie policy in order to browse.

Only personal data that is necessary and sufficient for the realisation of the purpose of the processing and suitable for the achievement of the purpose may be processed, but only in the quality, quantity and time necessary for the realisation of the purpose.

The term ‘personal data’ means all information relating directly or indirectly to a natural person who has been or can be identified on the basis of an identification number or one or more related data. If the Owner of the site collects your personal data, this data collection is performed with confidential processing, in a transparent manner.

Personal data concerning you is all information that allows your personal identification, such as citizenship, surname and first name, postal address, e-mail address, telephone number(s), and any other personal data necessary to achieve the objectives specified in Section 4 of this Notice. Your personal data is collected by the Owner voluntarily in the manner specified when browsing the site, in each case indicating the data that must be provided in order to achieve the purpose. If you do not wish to provide these data, you will actually be unable to access certain features and functions of the website. The purpose for collecting additional data that is optional is to better understand the needs of users, to determine the future refinement goals of the services and website development plans, therefore these data are freely provided, you have the right to refuse their provision and you may continue to browse the site without interruption.

The Controller takes all the necessary measures at all times to ensure that the personal data processed by them are secure and, if necessary, kept up to date.

Please note that if the data disseminator providing data to solarkraft.hu is providing the personal data of a third party, it is their obligation to obtain the consent of the data subject.

  • surname, first name, in the case of a company, the name of the company and the name of the contact person

4. Purpose of the data processing

Personal data may only be processed for a specific purpose, in order to exercise a right and fulfil an obligation. At all stages of data processing, the relevant legislation must be complied with and the collection, processing and storage of the data must be fair.

The Owner undertakes not to use personal data for purposes other than lawful purposes and to process and store them only in accordance with the purposes, and to handle only personal data that is appropriate, relevant and does not exceed the purposes for which it was collected.

The purpose for the collection and use of your data is communication.

5. Duration and method of the data processing

The processing of personal data must be carried out lawfully and fairly and in a way that is clear and easily understandable for the data subject. The personal data may only be collected for specified, clear, necessary and legitimate purposes. The purpose for the processing of personal data may be appropriate, relevant and strictly necessary. The personal data must be accurate and up-to-date, and inaccurate personal data must be erased immediately.

The data is stored and used until erased at the request of the data subject or until the ad hoc purpose is achieved, in both cases for the maximum period of 60 days after learning of the reason therefor, as currently required by law.

Personal data may be transferred to a controller or processor processing data in a third country only with the express consent of the data subject or if the processing complies with the conditions specified in the Notice below and an adequate level of protection for the personal data is ensured during the management and processing of the transferred data in the third country.

Transfer of data to EEA Member States shall be considered as if the transfer took place within the territory of Hungary.

The data processing of solarkraft.hu’s activities is based on voluntary consent. In some cases however, the processing, storing and transfer of a particular set of data is mandatory by law. Of this we inform the data subjects separately.

You must notify the Controller of your erasure in writing, even in written form, in an electronic or paper-based letter sent to the address indicated in Imprint.

We will, upon your request, send you information without delay, but no later than within 30 days, to the e-mail contact you have provided.

You may request us to amend any of your data via the contact details provided. We will, upon your request, take action immediately, but no later than within 30 days, and will send information to the e-mail contact you provided.

Right to erasure
You may request us to erase your data via the contact details provided. We will, upon your request, do this immediately, but no later than within 30 days, and will send information to the e-mail contact you provided.

Right to blocking
You can request us to block your data via the contact details provided. The block lasts as long as the reason you specify requires the data to be stored. We will, upon your request, do this immediately, but no later than within 30 days, and will send information to the e-mail contact you provided.

10. Protection of the personal data of minors and persons with limited legal capacity

The content of the Controller’s website is generally not intended for minors under 13 years of age. Therefore, we do not collect or process personal data relating to children under the age of 13 without verifiable and informed parental or guardian (hereinafter jointly referred to as: ‘parental’) consent, with the proviso that the child’s parents may request the release and erasure of the child’s data. If the age becomes apparent to the Owner during the data processing or management, the data may be used to obtain parental consent.

The declaration of a minor who is incapacitated and has limited legal capacity requires the consent of their legal representative, except for those parts of the service where the declaration is intended for mass registration in everyday life and does not require special consideration.
